Info-Ex Program
Reciprocal Borrowing Information Exchange (Info-Ex) Guidelines
The member libraries of the Alliance for Information Science and Technology Information have united to promote and facilitate research among all participating institutions: Los Alamos National Laboratory, New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, New Mexico State University, Sandia National Laboratories Technical Library, and the University of New Mexico.
Each library now extends borrowing privileges to faculty, graduate students, and staff of member institutions, thereby enabling direct physical access to research materials not available in their home libraries. Each individual is issued an Info-Ex card that, with proper identification, allows them to check out books and research materials from the collection of any participating lending library. Materials may be returned to either the lending library or the institution's home library.
